These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Automation Intelligence, including WhatsApp clinic automation systems, AI appointment booking, patient follow-up automation, and related services. By engaging our services or interacting with our systems, you agree to these terms.
1Acceptance of Terms
By using any service provided by Automation Intelligence ("we", "us", "our"), whether as a clinic client or as a patient interacting with our automated systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2Our Services
Automation Intelligence provides WhatsApp-based automation services for clinics and healthcare providers in India, including but not limited to:
- AI-powered appointment booking via WhatsApp
- Automated appointment reminders
- Post-treatment patient follow-up messages
- Google review generation campaigns
- Patient reengagement workflows
- Monthly performance reporting
- WhatsApp Business API setup and management
Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis and are subject to availability of third-party platforms including WhatsApp Business API and Google services.
3Client Responsibilities
As a clinic client subscribing to our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate clinic information including working hours, appointment types, and contact details
- Ensure you have obtained proper consent from patients before enrolling them in WhatsApp communications
- Pay subscription fees on time as agreed in your service agreement
- Not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes
- Comply with all applicable Indian laws including IT Act 2000, DPDP Act 2023, and healthcare regulations
- Maintain the confidentiality of API keys and access credentials provided to you
- Promptly inform us of any changes to your clinic operations that may affect automation workflows
4Patient / End User Terms
If you are a patient interacting with a clinic's WhatsApp automation powered by Automation Intelligence:
- You are interacting with an AI-powered system — responses are automated
- Appointment bookings made through the system are subject to clinic confirmation
- You may opt out of automated messages at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE
- For medical emergencies, please contact the clinic directly or call emergency services
- Do not share sensitive medical information beyond what is required for booking

5Payment Terms
Our pricing structure is as follows:
- Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
- WhatsApp API platform charges are separate and billed directly to the client
- Meta message charges are the responsibility of the clinic client
- No refunds are provided for partial months of service
- Services may be suspended if payment is not received within 7 days of due date
- Setup fees, if any, are non-refundable
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. GST will be applied as per applicable Indian tax laws.
6WhatsApp Usage Policy
Our services operate through WhatsApp Business API governed by Meta's policies. By using our services, you agree to:
- Comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Commerce Policy
- Only message patients who have opted in to receive WhatsApp communications
- Not use the platform to send spam, misleading, or prohibited content
- Honour all opt-out requests within 24 hours
Automation Intelligence is not responsible for any suspension or restriction of WhatsApp Business accounts resulting from violations of Meta's policies by the clinic client.
7Intellectual Property
All automation workflows, system designs, AI prompts, and software developed by Automation Intelligence remain our intellectual property. Clinic clients receive a licence to use these systems during their subscription period only.
You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute our automation systems without prior written permission.
8Limitation of Liability
Automation Intelligence's liability is limited to the monthly subscription fee paid for the affected service period. We are not liable for:
- Downtime or outages caused by WhatsApp, Meta, Google, or other third-party platforms
- Loss of data due to third-party platform failures
- Missed appointments resulting from patient non-response to automated messages
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Decisions made by clinic staff or patients based on automated messages
9Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Automation Intelligence reserves the right to immediately terminate services in cases of:
- Non-payment of fees
- Violation of WhatsApp's or Meta's policies
- Illegal or unethical use of our systems
- Providing false information during onboarding
Upon termination, access to automation systems will be revoked and patient data will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.
10Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
We encourage resolution of any disputes through direct communication before pursuing legal action.
